ReplyDeleteMotivational factors explained through theories have shown that there are general factors affecting the motivation of an employee. However, I do not agree that everyone feels the same. If my boss gives me a promotion it might motivate me and make work a happy place. Through my experience, I have seen a few employees who left the company even after promotions. The reason was their job role that they complained. They were not happy with the promotions as it did not change their job role. Can you explain how can we manage such situations?
